IN THE AUDITORIUM
The seats are numbered. In our ticket system, one seat is automatically left empty on the left and right of your booking. If the number of visitors is low, the distances can of course be even greater.
When attending a cinema screening, cinema guests must provide their name and telephone number (one person per group). If you make a reservation by phone, you can tell us this over the phone. If you buy tickets on site, you are asked to note this information.
To ensure that our guests and employees feel comfortable, the federal hygiene and distancing rules are applied in our cinemas:
Observe the ground markings and signs and keep your distance to other guests and employees. Avoid crowds. Protective screens protect you and our employees at the box office, kiosks and bars.
FACE MASKS COMPULSORY
It is compulsory (from 12 years of age) to wear masks in all rooms.
Sitting consumption is the exception.
If possible, use the online ticket purchase. On site you can pay as usual with cash or card (contactless).
WASH YOUR HANDS
Wash and disinfect your hands regularly. There are sufficient sanitary facilities and hand disinfectants available.
All counters and contact surfaces are regularly cleaned and disinfected by our employees.
