DUNE: PART THREE takes place nearly two decades after Paul Atreides has taken control of the universe. As a ruthless emperor, he now faces the consequences of his rule: old allies return, terrible new threats emerge—and betrayal lurks in every shadow. Plagued by visions of the empire’s downfall and the return of his long-lost love, Paul becomes increasingly entangled in a far-reaching conspiracy in which Chani appears to play a crucial role. As a rebellion brews and enemies close in, Paul must confront the true price of power and the fate of those he loves most.
